Training on days outside of coached sessions

All 1–1 Coaching members receive full access to train at Momentum outside of coached sessions during staffed hours.
This allows you to complete your personalised program in a high-performance training environment with ongoing coach support available.

Progress is tracked through the Momentum training app, allowing members to monitor performance, track improvements and stay accountable to their progress.

Train with experienced strength & conditioning coaches, exercise physiologists, and access to our in-house physiotherapy support when required - all within a professional high-performance environment focused on long-term results and continual progression.
