    • 1 x 1–1 session per week

    • Multiple weekly coaching sessions

    • Hybrid in-person + online coaching

    • Monthly programming reviews & progression

  • Your training plan is fully customised and evolves as you progress.

    This includes:

    • Structured gym programming

    • Training on days outside of coached sessions

    • Progress tracking

    • Workload & recovery management

    • Sport and lifestyle alignment

  • All 1–1 Coaching members receive full access to train at Momentum outside of coached sessions during staffed hours.

    This allows you to complete your personalised program in a high-performance training environment with ongoing coach support available.

  • Progress is tracked through the Momentum training app, allowing members to monitor performance, track improvements and stay accountable to their progress.

  • Train with experienced strength & conditioning coaches, exercise physiologists, and access to our in-house physiotherapy support when required - all within a professional high-performance environment focused on long-term results and continual progression.
