Mini MAD develops confident 8–12 year olds through fun, structured training that builds the foundations for future athletes. This is our feeder program into our full Momentum Athletic Development system.

Momentum Athletic Development (MAD) provides structured training for athletes aged 13–18, focusing on movement competency, strength, speed, injury prevention and long-term athletic growth.

Elite 1-1 Coaching
Individualised performance coaching for elite and aspiring athletes. Personalised programming, performance testing and goal-driven progression delivered in a high-performance environment.

Team Training
Structured team training for adults and competitive athletes. Coach-led sessions, 30+ weekly classes and progressive programming designed for strength, performance and accountability.

Group training is a group of people training in the same environment - TEAM TRAINING is a TEAM of people motivating each other to achieve a common goal. We have built a culture around a hard working, motivated and fun training environment. Our programs are performance driven and cater for all fitness levels. Your professional coaching staff are highly qualified and experienced in technique development, injury prevention/rehabilitation and program progression/regression to suit your specific needs - we know one size doesn’t fit all.
