What to expect when you train with Team Momentum;

Timetable

STRENGTH

Build muscle, boost power, and improve overall performance with our strength workouts. Designed to target all major muscle groups, these sessions focus on correct form, progressive loading, and functional strength to help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Integrate strength with conditioning to increase intensity and rip into to some short sharp efforts. Don’t worry, this high intensity will be followed by adequate rest to ensure you recover well while we progressively build your endurance. Expect to put your calorie burn into overdrive while completing fun goal orientated team workouts and personal challenges. Let the shred begin. 

STRENGTH & POWER

Combine strength and conditioning to boost intensity with short, powerful efforts. Each session balances high energy bursts with proper rest to build endurance, strength, and power safely. Burn serious calories while taking on fun, goal-driven team workouts and personal challenges. 

CONDITIONING

Develop both endurance and high-intensity conditioning with a structured mix of longer efforts and short, powerful intervals. Each session is carefully balanced with recovery to support adaptation and progressive fitness gains. Expect improved work capacity, calorie burn, and measurable progress through goal-oriented team training and personal challenges

FINALS EVENTS

At the culmination of each Training Season we will check in on your progress, test your 1, 3 or 5 Rep Max (RM’s), complete conditioning challenges individually and in teams, and enjoy a social event with the Momentum Community at the end of each Training Block.
