The Pre Season Camp gives you access to:

  • A taste of the Momentum Athletic Development (MAD) Program – preparing you to take your game to the next level in 2026! 

  • Highly Qualified and Experienced Coaching Staff 

  • Goal setting, workload management, season planning session 

  • Functional Movement Screen - postural alignment/ injury prevention measures

  • Personally designed Sports Specific MAD programming sessions

  • Access to “ALL IN” MAD Team Training sessions 

  • 5 Sessions a week available

  • Sessions will be delivered at:

    • Momentum Sports Performance Centre in Burleigh Heads

    • Pizzey Park Athletics Track

    • North Burleigh Hill / Beach location
