MAD is Momentum’s structured athlete development program designed for athletes aged 12–20 who want to improve strength, speed, power and resilience for sport.

Every athlete begins with a Free Athlete Development Consultation, where our coaches evaluate movement, training load and athletic development needs before designing a personalised training plan.

MAD FEMALE PERFORMANCE

Is designed for female athletes who:

  • Play club or representative sport

  • Want to become stronger and faster

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

STEP 1 - Book and attend your free Athlete Development Consultation

Begin with a complimentary consultation with an expert coach to assess the athlete’s:

  • goals

  • sport and training age (years of S&C experience)

  • current competition/training workload and schedule

  • injury history or concerns

STEP 2 - From this assessment you’ll receive a tailored Athlete Plan that includes:

  • sport-specific sessions to build strength, stability, and power

  • focus on performance improvement and injury prevention

  • emphasis on functional movements relevant to the sport

STEP 3 - Train in small, coach led sessions according to your Plan.

STEP 4 - Track progress:

  • log every exercise and session

  • map improvements over time

  • coaches set measurable goals and monitor outcomes
