MAD is Momentum’s structured athlete development program designed for athletes aged 12–20 who want to improve strength, speed, power and resilience for sport.
Every athlete begins with a Free Athlete Development Consultation, where our coaches evaluate movement, training load and athletic development needs before designing a personalised training plan.
MAD PERFORMANCE
Is designed for athletes who:
Play Club, School or Representative sport

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
STEP 1 - Book and attend your free Athlete Development Consultation
Begin with a complimentary consultation with an expert coach to assess the athlete’s:
goals
sport and training age (years of S&C experience)
current competition/training workload and schedule
injury history or concerns
STEP 2 - From your free consultation you will then progress into the comprehensive Athlete Assessment phase. This will provide insights around movement competency, identify any areas of discrepancy/weakness and allow MAD Coaching staff to build a personal sport-specific program tailored to your goals and performance outcomes.
STEP 3 - Train in a highly motivated and focused small group training environment let by our expert Coaches, according to your Plan.
